Why I'm giving up my birthday:

Hi, my name is Asher and my birthday is around the corner. This year, I am committing my birthday to make a difference. Did you know there are over 1BILLION people around the world living in unsafe and inadequate housing? I want to help change that. Instead of asking for gifts, I am asking my friends and family to donate and help change families' lives forever. This is my first campaign so my fundraising goal is to raise $1000 by my birthday, August 24th. Exceeding that goal would be amazing. All of the donations go directly to helping build a house for a family in Nicaragua. You can read about the family at the bottom of this page.
